If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service department within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. To facilitate the exchange process, email us a photo of the damaged or defective item along with the packaging slip. We will review your issue and get back to you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps.

Refunds are provided as store credit only.
